Line for production of cooked ham bars in vacuum.

Innovative plant created to improve at best the productivity and rationalization of productive processes without changing the quality of product. This system is equipped with an automatic system for the rotation of casing/net tubes and moreover with a new hydraulic output system for formed products: faster and more affordable.

Finally, the production line for cooked ham is completed with an “in line” flow-pack station with vacuum packing system that – with vibrations – massages stuffed products to extract residual air and improve product consistency.
