The same machine TM200 can automatically tie products in two different ways:

  • Continuous binding at adjustable coils
  • Single knot and many string rotations

There are two models of this new tying machine that differ for their product transport system:

  • TYING MACHINE TM 200 S with standard conveyor belt, suitable for tying preformed products with good texture for example bacon, coppe, mortadella, loin, from a minimum diameter of 60 mm up to a maximum diameter of 280 mm.
  • TYING MACHINE TM 200 V with two V-positioned conveyor belts in order to contain and conduct at the same time non-preformed and non-compact products to be tied for example porchetta and roasts, from a minimum diameter of 60 mm up to a maximum diameter of 180 mm.
