Machine for the automatic packaging, using net, and clipping of sausages with or without loops.
Max length of the product: 1200 mm.
Gauges: from Ø 80 up to Ø 160 mm.
Ideal for elastic net and not elastic net on product already packed in natural or synthetic casing.
This machine can be equipped with a conveyor belt for an automatic running or it can be manual also.
The net must be loaded in advance onto movable pipes with an automatic net fitter. The empty pipe will be replaced completely automatically.
This machine is available also in special model, in order to pack whole pieces of meat and not packed in advance. |

FORMING, PACKAGING AND CLIPPING MACHINE
Created for the forming, the encasing, the tensioning and the clipping of synthetic or plastic casing, net, stocking or natural casing/net & edible film.
With this machine, it is possible to package: hams, bacon, roast, coppe, filoni, bresaole or similar pieces of meat.
As well as the standard PIC 99 B model, other models are produced, with particular characteristics, that are capable of packaging different types of products.
The BT model is equipped with an automatic cutting system that is able to package long products identically.
The RC model packs roasted products in edible film and net as well as packing products in synthetic casing. |

| The only machine available on the market capable of confectioning a infinite quantity of products from a diameter of 60 to 240 mm. This new model, which seperates, clips and cuts, has its basic characteristics in its extreme flexibility, obtained simply by changing the stuffing tube and selecting a new working programm. It is adapted for the confectioning of salumis in syntethic casing, roasts with net and NUTRAFILM®, like mortadella up to a diameter of 240 mm and a weight of approx. 30 kg. Furthermore, changing again the accessories, it is possible to stuff whole muscle products under vacuum at “Zero Loss” with the exclusive cutting system DV3, which cuts the portion and clips the casing without breaking it. This machine can be hooked up to any vacuum-stuffer available in commerce and works sychronized with it. |
